Let’s Connect project is managed by Hartlepool and East Durham Mind and hosted in Community House working in partnership with East Durham Trust.
The Lets Connect East Durham Project is ran by the Hartlepool and East Durham Mind team. The project provides support for anxiety and depression, seeks to connect people and provide opportunities to support each other through these challenging times.
The project can offer 1:1 support, support and activity groups, peer support training, and also facilitate the creation of mutual aid groups which is just about us helping each other.
